What we collect: Parent email, child name/grade, session results. We do NOT store worksheet images.

How we use it: To show progress, send parent notifications, improve the app. Never sold.

COPPA: Designed for children under 13 with parental accounts. No behavioral ads to children.

Worksheets: We extract question text only (facts, not copyrightable expression). Original layouts and images are never reproduced or stored.

Deletion: Email support@eduquest.study to delete all data within 30 days.

Worksheet images: Sent to AI for question extraction, then immediately discarded. Never stored.

Extracted questions: Plain text facts only. Not original layout or design.

AI processing: Questions sent to Anthropic API for coaching. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.

Local storage: Settings and progress cached on your device for offline access.

EduQuest is an educational tool for personal family use. By using EduQuest:

• You are the parent or legal guardian
• You will not use EduQuest to reproduce copyrighted content
• EduQuest extracts educational facts, not copyrightable expression
• Reward system is managed by parents — EduQuest does not process payments
• We may update terms with 30 days notice by email
